Why would anyone wanna invest in property market in Sri Lanka when there is no law to protect it? You can't simply rent it to someone and then except them to leave at the end of the lease. If the renter didn't leave, you get royally screwed by the law and court system and cases will drag decades and simply giving renters the ownership. Fully messed up land laws.
