Amneties in crawling difference would have a bit plus (taxi or car are a pain), just show properties in center of Mahmutlar. Restaurants and supermarkets are important (so is the sea (currently only 240m))

@@newdaypropertyalanya Thank you, we have Ikamet and a penthouse in Mahmutlar. No need to buy (perhaps to sell), I an shocked on price (considering the area). We live 240 m from beach, 10 restaurants within 500m and A101, BIM, SOK, MMM, coop. Still the presentation is good, but what is important is not mentioned.
