i was wondering this too, but in my theory i think we deposit our money to interactive broker in singapore which is an off-shore account. So i guess when we withdraw our money back to cambodia we just have contact locals accountant for the tax verification from interactive broker and payment on our income tax. As as of right now, the capital gain tax hasn't been implemented yet, so we don't have to worry abt that yet.
