Technically, there are actually quite a few trap cards that special summon a monster from the graveyard (e.g. Call of the Haunted). In fact, there is a card for the Blue Eyes archetype called "True Light" that specifically protects all BEWDs in your monster zones from card effects until this trap is destroyed (upon which you destroy all monsters you control), with the additional effect that once per turn you can either special summon a BEWD from your GY, or set a spell or trap that mentions "Blue Eyes White Dragon" in it's text from your deck (provided you don't have it in your hand or GY).
