Very informative video. Thank you! Can you share what Camera you use? I notice it's really good at close up shots, especially when you show close up of jewelry details. x

Hi there, thank you for this information. I was recently sold an employee purchased bag and it has the v in a circle on the label. I didn’t know it was an employee purchased bag until i received it. The bag has a defect and i was wondering if LV would repair the bag?

Is cologne / fragrances part of the Family sale? I’ve gotten some bottles that has ‘tester’ on them in FB marketplace. Will these be refillable still when I finish the juice?

🇨🇵 My first thought watching your video was: I am SOOO happy about your positivity! 👍 Very often, I noticed that a lot of people love to hate LV. Especially when they worked for this brand... I have seen the videos of Cindy (aheatedmess) and Michelle (dial m style). I have heard too many negative stories (told in a quite aggressive way) which - most of the time - had nothing to do with LV specifically but more with LV as a "capitalist" company or with customers with bad behaviors ... I have missed a real objectivity. No working place is perfect but the way you behave and react can impact your experiences at work. But, as everybody knows, scandals and negativity bring more views... I felt in love with LV as I saw for the very first time an old Noe bag with a lot of patina. I was 15 years old and LV was a brand for old wealthy ladies (like Chanel before K. Lagerfeld came). I think LV had only 2 stores at that time, before Mr Arnault bought it. I made a looooot of researches online about LV, in French, English, German. I read tons of newspapers and watched each video, tv show, ... LV is a giant corporation operating with the goal to make benefits like Coca Cola, Amazon, Apple, ... In France, the LV employees have a lot of advantages, not just a 35-hour week, at least 5 weeks paid vacation time, bonus, help for lunch and transport costs, days off in compensation for additional worked hours, higher salaries than legal, ... On the top, percentages on goods, ... I'm not sure that a lot of other companies in retail sector do the same. I wrote many comments on that in order to adjust the perspective. So, thank you for this actual video! We all stay tuned to see part 2 of it. Have a nice afternoon!

Hallo & Greetings ✨Thank you for your detailed comment, I enjoyed reading what you shared. I’m glad you gave the full video an overview and shared your passion about the brand. It is so true the brand has evolved and changed so much, in the best way possible. I am happy to be part of its history, and can’t wait to share more of the funny stories later.

How much employee discount do you get

You’re talking about how other employees kept the bag, but I think it’s unfair to claim theft when each boutique has a different dynamic. Even if it is against the rules and maybe they had a more lenient manager- that’s at the manager’s digression not the employees.

Were you limited on how much you could buy with your 30% off? I would totally spend all my money there 🤣🤣 Great video!

Good Q! There is an annual allowance as to how much you could spend, I think it was 30K retail? 😉

Seem like a cool job but they seem like they can pay better than that. As much as these companies make they slave workers and pay you just enough to spend it there. If you get commission you can come up if you have great customer service skills people will always come back to you.

I don't think it's "technically stealing". Keeping company property after ending your employment is straight out theft. If the company litigates or not is another question. I've seen a couple of those people making videos and proudly displaying their stolen goods. Such low-lives..

Way too under paid for a company that earns so much.
@bouncingbambinos60852 жыл бұрын
You think because LV made you return your uniform but allowed other ex-employees to keep theirs, they are “technically stealing?” Also you forgot to tag @aheatedmess for her original video inspo 😂

I have not been inspired by someone to work at LV. It is a fact. I am just sharing my experience.

The experience of Cindy (aheatedmess) is interesting but not really actual. In fact, she was financing her college years working for LV. Rules at LV probably changed in the last 20 years ... BTW, Cindy is not the only one who speaks about her past experience at LV. So, there's no obligation to mention all the KZbinrs speaking about this special topic, I would say.
