I find the additional cross-body strap very useful, gives me a handsfree option to carry this bag - it could be used for any Monogram bags too!

The cross strap will help a lot in carrying the bag and distributing weight, although it is considered lightweight for a leather/canvas bag

I purchased the Pallas in Safran, and Cureuse wallet in safran to go with it. After one day using the wallet, I became obsessional about it getting dirty, so exchanged it for two tone Sarah epi in mimosa, much happier now.

Now that's what I call a haul, WOW!!! Everything is 2DIE4 gorgeous! I love your color choice as well, a monogram bag with no untreated vachetta to fret over. I am swooning here, nearly ready to take the plunge! If you would kindly help with a few questions... Will an iPad Mini (in a case) fit inside either exterior no-zip pocket without being visible... and does it create a bulky appearance? Are there any open pockets inside the zippered compartment? Is there a D-ring anywhere? Finally, what is the handle drop... in a pinch could this fit over the shoulder without use of the included strap? Your bag charm is a beauty, what is the length of it (for wearing as a bracelet). Thank you SO much! I've just subscribed! :)

Little FrenchFarmhouse, yes an iPad mini can fit in exterior or interior with no problem. I put my iPhone 6 and also my Moleskine organizer in the pockets without any issues. Yes the open pockets inside the zipped compartment is quite large but not enough for an iPad mini. There are no internal D-ring :( The regular shoulder strap that comes with it cannot do a cross-body and the attached handles is only for hand-carry, can't do the over the shoulder. Don't worry, it comes with the regular shoulder strap which is really sufficient for daily use. I got the extra cross-body strap just so that I can be hands-free! (and to be able to use with other monogram bags). GOOD LUCK with your decision - have you purchased?

I just purchased the Pallas(TDF). And I want to purchase the cross body strap. On LV website I only see the strap without the pad on the top for your shoulder. Can you tell,me what is the item number for the strap that you purchased because I also called my local LV store and they didn't know about the strap with the shoulder pad on it. Gina Miller hi Gina. You can buy the shoulder strap from lv in store or online. I purchased the same one for my speedy and it works great. Hope this helps.

Beautiful bag but why are your handles so dark already? The bags at our store have much lighter handles. I love the bag charm.

Hi Maya, the handles on the Pallas Noir is darker. The other colours of the Pallas have a lighter handle. This is what makes the Noir (Black) special. Good luck with your choice - with a Pallas, you cannot go wrong :)

Hi Delilah - the Safran coloured wallet held up well for everyday use. Of course I am careful about not holding it with greasy fingers, etc... Used it for 2 plus months now and still looks awesom!

Noora.... it's called "Adjustable Monogram Canvas Shoulder Strap J52315". Please note that the leather is the lighter coloured trim than what appears for the Pallas Noir. Good luck to you :)

joym824 It comes with adjustable and removable shoulder strap. The cross-body (longer) strap is not part of it, I bought it as an extra accessory
