I have and love my Speedy B30, but my FAVORITE Louis Vuitton bag is my Tivoli GM Monogram. The zipper opens up the entire length of the bag. Huge opening and NO trouble getting anything in or out of it. I also love the adjustable handles so I can wear it as a shoulder bag as well as hand carry. It has a beautiful, feminine silhouette. If you are not familiar with it, you might be interested in it. I do have a bag insert in mine as there is SO much room in the bag!

I Love the look so I must be all 70's! I love turtlenecks being in Pennsylvania and I think you can change your look just by what necklace you wear. I think I consider it just a nice classic look. The LV " necklace " looks fantastic 🤩

Hello Cami! That's a great bag for the Challenge. I know what you mean about using it when shopping. I love Speedy's. Got to have candy in the bag. The classic speedy's opening is just a slight bigger. I measured it once. I think it was 1 inch bigger. Oh I am so switching today into a mini bag as well. I think the turtle neck is fine. I feel like so many styles has come back. Your chain from you bag looks amazing as a necklace. I enjoyed watching.

So glad I stumbled on your video! I'm super torn on getting the new speedy b 25 DE or to get one pre-loved because of the matte finish leather on the new DE. If I look at your video, my guess is that you got the newer version of the DE which is the matte finish leather on the handles & strap. I read on lots of forums that the matte leather can get water marks from rain, and an LV SA told me to be mindful when using hand lotion before touching the handles/strap. This is definitely not the case with the older shiny DE leather. How does the matte finish holding up on your speedy DE nowadays? Do you baby your bag when using it? Is it easy to get some water marks (rain) on the matte handle? I know that rain isn't an issue with the original shiny leather. Curious to know how the matte leather performs! :) Thanks so much!!

Hi and thank you for watching. I haven't used my new DE Speedy 20 in the rain yet. I have a DE speedy 30 and I use it often in the rain with no issues but I don't know if it's different leather. It does look matte to me. I just know that not too much will show since it's dark in color. But I am careful with my bags. I wipe the hardware down if it gets wet and I try to use an inexpensive bag if I know it will rain.😊Hope that was a bit helpful.

Ohhhh, that’s what you meant when you said it looks orange. Lol. Yes! Their description says red. But everywhere else said marmalade. I figured, if it came red, I would’ve just sent it back. It’s a gorgeous orange. I love that bag. I saw it on there. I’m surprised it was still available. The last time I checked, they had the same one in dark brown. Gorgeous too! Hi Camie! I really like your channel, and I highly appreciate your honesty and down to earth character. Thus, I'd like to ask your opinion. I'm thinking about buying a speedy 30 damier bandolier (like yours). However, I'm not sure about what production year would be wise to get. I can choose between a recent one (e.g. 2021) or one from 2014. The one from 2014 has some minor wear and tear (slightly wear of the leather on 2 bottom corners) as well as some scratches of course on the hardware, which seems normal for a 10 year old bag. You mentioned your video that the hardware nowadays is only decent. Do you know, if the bag from 2014 would still be a bit more higher quality. I mean, we all know that during the past years companies decreased the quality of the material they use and increased the price at the same time. Would it be thus better getting an older bag in very good condition than a newer one in of course slighter better condition (also due to age)?

I appreciate you having faith in my opinion but I’m really not an expert on material and quality. But I do know that you can Google questions just like what you’re asking me. Hello again. I actually just asked Dawn and she said the best quality for hardware and even thicker canvas is pre 2010. The bags from 2014 are basically made the same as the bags now. So maybe that’ll help make you make a decision. Let me know what you get😃

I even found one from 2007 some days ago, in very good conditions for that age, but I'm not sure if I really would love it that much as it has no straps. I don't know if I appreciate a bag which I can only carry with the top handle and always have one hand more or less occupied. Oh my god, what problems do I face 😂.
