새삼 이 채널이 대단하다고 느낀게, 유튜브에는 참 많은 강의 프로그램들이 있음. 외국 채널들은 course, pack, training 등으로 판매하면서 네이티브로 영상도 올려주니까 좋은데 중요한건, 그 강의 조차도 영어이기 때문에 못 알아듣는 경우가 있는데 라이브 아카데미에서 배운거 복습하고 그 채널가면 못알아듣던걸 알아듣게됨;; 거의 시작과 끝을 이 채널로 공부해도 좋다고 해도 될 정도로 퀄리티가 새삼 좋다는걸 다시 느낌;

Interesting idea man! I think I'll still try to dress nice on dates, because that shows the other person that you at least value them enough to make an effort to look your best, but I totally agree with this when it comes to personality. Too many people try to fake being super confident/liking the things their date likes to have common interests etc. to try to make a good impression. You aren't going to be able to keep that up forever, and it's much better to show them who you really are personality wise from the beginning. Great video as usual! 👍👍👍

More often than not, I guess, we find ourselves caring too much about what other people might think about us; the way we wear, the way we talk and even the way we eat, and etc. You know what I am talking about. We've all been there. We know that the fear of disapproval from others leads us to pretend like a perfect or at least a decent person at times. And, at one point or another, it might be turning ourselves into a people pleaser, if not, holding us back in some ways. I have to say including myself that we really need to focus more on the real things in us rather than overly trying to impress others to win their approvals for something not essential for our lives.

Hi, I'm glad I found your vedios recently. Watching your vedio clips, I figured that I should become better at translating my native into English to begin with. A fully grown-up brain cannot learn a language the way young kids do. This is something that I never knew I'd wish that I had known back then when I intentionally avoided Korean English teachers. It seems like with your vedios my confidence in English is already improving although it's sometimes going to sway between hope and depair, discouraged and excited. You may want to give her to a good impression so that you would put on your nicest clothes, or you may buy a new dress or suit. 이런식으로 써도 괜찮을까요 빨모쌤은 would, might로 썼는데 저는 그냥 you may ~ you will~ 이렇게 생각나더라고요. 왜냐면 (가상의) 소개팅을 가정하는 거기 때문에 과거로 쓸 이유가 없지 않나요?

That's who I am anyway.However, is it ironic we'd try really hard in those situation to show the partner our flawless behavior?Well, in this world where we should always be perfect, I think it could be better when my partner show me the ordinary behavior with just a T-shirt and sandles.

너무 자세하게 읽으셔서 의문이 생기신것 같읍니다. :-) In written English it is correct to say "one" but in spoken conversations or causal texts, most of the time Americans use "you." A: When you go to a restaurant, how much tip should you give the server? (casual) B: When one goes to a restaurant, how much tip should he give the server? (formal) 꼭 me를 쓰고 십은 경우에는 이런식으로 하면 됩니다. I can't help wondering at this point, "how much of that is real me?"

I... just try to write what I think about this topic. and I can't be sure it is right. so... Can you help me? is it right writing in grammar and choice about vocabulary???(질문조차 맞는지 틀린지 모르겠내요 ㅎㅎ... "이렇게 적는게 맞나요?" 란 의미입니다! ) But.. I think some people might mistake you for being insincere. it's blind date! isn't it? Each people who come to meeting take their busy schedule apart to see each other by their own will. It would be pretty upset, if you got dressed neatly and nice to give a good first impression and said how much you care about this date but opposite person just show up with mottled clothes and unshaven face. Right? So in that case, I think you should pay a little attention to first impression and appearance of ourselves to show man or woman who sit across how you think about this meeting.

Let's say you're going on a blind date. Regardless of your current relationship status. Assuming that you want to give a good first impression, you would probably put on your nicest clothes. You might even pick up a new dress or suit while you're at it. You might even go get you hair done in the morning and pay extra attention to your makeup. Fast forward to the date, you'd probably be extra polite and smile more than usual, overall trying to be as positive and fun as you can be, kind of like what I'm doing right now. I can't help wondering at this point - how much of that is the real you? I guess there's no reason to really doubt that. After all, It is you. But isn't it kind of funny how hard we are trying to be the perfect version of ourselves in a scenario like that? I don't know. In a world where we're always trying so hard to impress others, I think I might be more impressed when my date came out wearing just a T-shirts and flip-flops and showed me the most comfortable version of herself.

오늘 배운 표현들 복습해봐요. 고맙습니다. 'Regardless of' my current emotional status, I'm going on 'a blind date'. 'Assuming that' my boyfriend doesn't care much about it, I would probably meet the other guys. I 'might' even not tell them that I have a boyfriend, and I might even try to flirt with them 'while I'm at it'. I don't know, I 'can't help wondering' at this point, how much does he love me? 'I guess there's no reason to' really doubt that, because, after all, I really love him. As long as I love him, no reason to doubt that. Right? But isn't it kind of funny how hard I try to be loved as the way I am? Do you think it's really possible 'in a world where' we all kind of have to be the perfect version of ourselves?
