yes. tbh i dont even know if there is an audio interface that will add reverb. 99% of audio interfaces are the same in terms of features. They just give you phantom power for xlr mics, have a little amplifier for headphones, and let adjust the volume of mic or headphones on the interface. some let you plug in multiple mics. I spent $100 on mine but ive seen $200 ones that have the same amount of features; they just allow more mics and have better equipment inside of the machine.

just thought about it. it could be in the program that comes with the audio interface. my program is super basic and will only change things like the sample rate, but im sure there are some more advanced interfaces with better programs that will let you put reverb on it. tho i think it would cost upwards of like $500
