Yeah it’s possible. Just depends on if and where the body drops. They don’t have anything special. Usually it’s a worn out sks, mosin, rarely they’ll have have an m700 or an svd

I am a super low level and this is my first wipe this year and everytime I kill a rly good pmc, I use their gear next raid and can NEVER carry it, and I always die. I am just sadness. Any tips for leveling up faster? I believe it to be memory and repetition.

Night questing is the way to go. Have a map up on a second monitor or phone/tablet. Don't need night vision to start. Should be able to run around with a pistol and a light on it. I pretty much exclusively do night raids all the way through wipe. I'll come into raid with 6-8 markers sometimes for quests and finish 3-4 quests in a single raid. You'll jet up through levels with usually pretty minimal PVP

Quest and surviving raids is the fastest to level up but just learn the basics levels will come. Super geared PMCs will be using stuff that's too heavy for you to carry effectively. They made the weight limit lower so now even steel armor and 2 weapons will nearly put you overweight at low level. Learning the maps was the first thing I needed to do. Use YT gameplay and scavs to get the hang of it and I'd definitely find some post fx and control tweaks you like. I made my hold breath key right click and hold so I can get less sway without using my left hand

my tip, farm money until you buy a stim pouch then buy like 3 M.U.L.E.S to get out with gear, and just upgrade your vent unit in the hideout and you can level up like 50% faster.

@@peaceofmind6804 (Only works if you have EOD Edition) I played a ton of offline co-op factory versus other players. You can't loose any gear and people play super aggressive with the most chunky loadouts. It made my PVP skills skyrocket. Just hop into the lobby, go LFG and wait for someone to invite. Or if the lobby is full of people, invite some yourself. Usually doesn't take more than five minutes to get a full group together. Also, after my second wipe, I changed my lean keys to the thumb buttons on my mouse. Tip of my thumb is a right hand peek, the base of the thumb leans left. Takes a few raids to get used to, but I've been using that for four wipes now and it makes your movement very fluid. Would never ever use anything else. It's insanely good. Whoops, I just realized I can't read and you asked for tips on equipment weight.. I think just don't mind it too much, at least for "normal" gear. An ASH-12 and a Fort Armor will be too much, but a Mutant and Gen4 or something similar should be fine. The reason you die is probably more due to your movement, your positioning and mistakes you make during PVP, so my first comment still applies, haha. Being overweight is just part of being a low level right now- you will always be heavy this wipe, due to weight system changes. The upside is, you level strenght relatively fast and it matters less and less. Just be prepared to have strenght level 40 and endurance level 10 after some time, lmao. Also, what Emmett said. Also, buy a stim case (not only for weight reasons, that thing is a treasure trove) and always carry a M.U.L.E to get out of the raid. It lasts for 15 minutes and you don't have to worry about weight during that time.

A lot of it is just learning the maps as well as getting comfortable with guns and what to use. I honestly love running the sks with bp ammo for instance, its cheap and effective. Put some more hours in and play with a teammate that isnt a cunt. Tarkov has its problems but after 450 hours im still loving it

i just want a pvp mode in eft where its dubble amount of players, but no scavs, sucks fighting scavs as you know they aint gonna have nothing of value, but still can get some lucky flick into your face with 12g. all i want in this game is just that, a pure experience of pvp and no pussies going out with 0 value loadouts. plus would be cool if you went out with a 500k loadout, you will be matched against players with the same value of loadout, and the more expensive the loadout , the map will spawn higher quality items. i understand this would screw the casual, but there should be a real downside going into raid with a mosin and earpiece. forreal doe, i legit dispise scav players more than d2 rats.

Yeah if controller is op just use it. I've been on mouse and kb for four years now and it is objectively the better aiming hardware, but in titles with long time to kill that have aim assist the controller dominates. Instead of fighting it I just switch. I prefer mkb but for games like Halo I just got good again on controller. Infinitely more enjoyable.
