U should get time chamber gamepass once u hit lvl 180 then go in time chamber until lvl 210 then go kill broly beerus then do the quests in the fake namek by then u should be at least 260 then wait until the next day to do beerus quest and other quests to get to 270 then go back in hbtc and u r 300

As soon as I went there, some really high lvl dude died fighting him and brought him down to so little health my lvl 240 ass took him out in one strike. I felt a little bit like a leech after that, but it has to be the luckiest thing to happen to me in this game.
