Can you help to explain on sage build especially for the accessories, do we need high global CD reduction by using lv65 acc or focus atk on acc lv85? Because there are a motion time when casting a skill, so we might not need a really high global CD. Cmiiw

Grabe exp grind... 6.9 billion yrs pa bago ako mag lv 98. Nag 3.4 billion yrs din ako mula 96-97. Nabawasan lng ng 1 billion yrs kung server level up. At switch to pc, basura yung ragna sa mobile.
