The one where the dog went back to attack the dummy twice actually was protecting his handler. You can see the guy go back for the start gun and that is when the dog essentially nips at his handler's fingers to go and attack the guy again. You can't have a go at the dog for doing its job

They do but the dogs are so amped up they sometimes dont want to. Plus the the entire training is basically a game for them.
