fun fact about the airsoft gun models, there's a few mags in the game specifically a few of the tan ar-15 mags that have the model of airsoft mid cap ar-15 mags and still have the bb top instead of the actual rounds, I found one on reserve last wipe

BSG definitely needs to add a permanent server so people can reach end game as well as a seasonal server that wipes with new updates or whatever so new players can come in. Path of exile does a good job at it.

Wouldn’t get raids in the wiping servers, wouldn’t be a point in splitting it. Game already struggles maintaining high numbers after first week weeks of wipe. Would have to just change the main mode my guy

I tried PVE tarkov yesterday and i find it harder than pvp lol, like goons 100% spawn rate cant even do customs quests. Tagged and cursed first round i killed 49 scavs/pmcs. they keep coming non stop you cant even pack mags, and they have slicks etc on like 1st raid :D.

The one in-game is firing off the 82mm Mortar Russian 2B14 PODNOS. The rounds are as stated 82mm. 120mm is going to wipe the whole sector of fire.

82mm mortar is still around 83ft kill radius with shrapnel

I think they made it more accessible. The issue of what “casuals” have is in raids it’s however long without PvP and when PvP happen it’s usually very fast. Arena allows them to practice PvP over and over and then when they do run raids they survive and kill more. My Tarkov PvP skill skyrocketed after a few weeks of arena. I play Tarkov more now than I ever have.

What people often overlook is that, with any explosion, if you're lucky and no debris hit you and the form of the terrain it hits is angled nicely, you can be a few meters from it and not be hurt at all, while if you are unlucky a piece a metal can fly through the air and hit you in a vital spot 50 meters away. It's just a dice roll. Look at actual footage from any war since the invention of video recording and you'll see examples of that.

In pvp I usally sit at a 65% survival rate on average, on pve I'm at 70% so it doesn't really feel that different. But I get to play it entirely different, I don't worry about bringing in big kits and being targetted by a cheater, I don't have to deal with desync issues, I don't question every interaction I have with someone as sus. I don't mind dying in this game if what came out of it was a good intense fight, but dying to a cheater is honestly just mood killing. You end up peeking less, pushing less, and playing like a lil bitch the more you die to obvious cheaters and I hate that. PvE takes away the doubt and allows me to just enjoy the game.

18:20 I play PVE because I hate not knowing "Did that guy kill me due to cheats or did he actually have a good angle on me?" and also because I don't have time to play the game like most chads. I play maybe 2-3 hours/day during the week and 4-5 hours on weekends if I don't have anything to do. It took me a month to get to level 30 in PVE. I see streamers get to level 30 in a few days. I believe Arena is the reason for the lack of people in PVP. Instead of grinding quests, they're doing Arena dailies - it's easier for them. The people who are playing PVE are just people who weren't playing at all or people that were already in SPT so it didn't hurt the PVP servers at all. Arena is to blame for the dead servers.

I’m level 48 only doing arena dailies for 20-30min/day and playing pvp while doing a 9-6. I think this wipe was the best in a long time to be able to keep pace (traders wise) since 2019. As long as arena xp nerfs don’t exceed 50% I’ll be happy. Honestly the biggest problem seems to be the public perception on cheating. You see this a lot in arena where the average person truly sucks beyond comprehension and you sorta realize that these are the players parroting “cheats” every death. Yeah, cheating exists but with labs back to soaking up the cheaters this wipe along with flea flipping bots, I’ve only seen 5 that I can confirm are blatant. With RMT prices of rubles at its lowest ever, there really isn’t an incentive for most cheaters to roam the maps to kill players since cheaters now have to search player gear (which is server sided).

Yeah, I’m level 45 half of my raids are on labs and I haven’t ran into cheaters on any other map except labs. the majority of labs raids have vacuum cheaters or just blatant walls/aimbot.

mortars (at least in u.s. service) range from 60-120mm. 60s are easily man portable and mostly used by people like ranger regiment, then you have 85s i believe and 120s. 120s are basically small artillery rounds that have a kill radius of like 15 meters. if im wrong dont sue me, im not a mortarman
