For anyone wondering, this is the BTR’s depot. If you talk to the driver about news in the area, he’ll mention that some people have found it and that there’s more mines to ward off intruders. Also mentions that there used to be a trader there in the white building . A scene in the newer raid series episodes show the mentioned trader.

the garage on the beds spawns really good stuff, theirs top ammo all over the containers up top and grounds, propers room i got 2 gpus, gold chains, eggs, asea, clocks, wrenchs, vase, bit coin, and tons of other good loot. pestily got almost 500 rounds of top ammo
