Thanks for the review from LVO. I am looking forward to possibly, getting a copy of Emperor's Children. After I listened to the audiobooks of Fabius Bile, I started kitbashing some of the characters.

Vulkan is from Nocturne, not planet Vulcan. You're thinking of Mr Spock 😆 Also, Vulkan is a Perpetual, and has died repeatedly in the past, so he could pop up at any time. All the rumours suggest that Leman Russ is going to be next though, so I suspect the Salamander represents a resculpt of Vulkan He'stan (not the primarch) and/or other Salamanders characters - unless it's a second codex for Space Marines.
