Hi. Non-animated .gif shouldn’t be a problem, but I’m not sure if the animated ones would be transferable (the watch resizes all the images to its 240x240 resolution). I only assume, the animated .gif will be converted into still image (can’t confirm this though, as I’m on hollies abroad at the mo).

LW11 in 2022…? I would rather look for something more complex and reliable. Amazfit has pretty good watches for a decent prices. When picking the watch - go for amoled screen for two reasons - these are brighter, have super vivid colours and are more energy efficient, so won’t drain the battery as fast as old lcd displays. So then answering your question - no, it’s probably not worth it.

How accurate would you say the step count and hear rate are compared to more expensive smart watches?

LW11 step count and HR accuracy is pretty fair. Its loosing its heart rate accuracy a bit when heavily exercising or when doing extremely intense workouts - but to be honest, many budget watches seriously struggling here and to be honest, the LW11 isnt bad at all in this field. For everyday use, in normal conditions, casual exercises (quick walk, light jog, or any daily activities), the LW11 does a good job. Not going to question this. But for precise accuracy during fast pace exercises I use Amazfit GTR 2e - and - Polar Vantage M2, best mid-ranges in my opinion. These two easily overtaking the LW11 when it comes to interval workouts, marathons, or any hi-intense exercises. My wife has fossil gen6, which has also much better accuracy than LW11, but the battery in fossil is a "no-go", as it lasts only 24h on a single charge..

Thanks. I apologise for delayed reply, you can't sync email accounts with the watch. You can establish a personal profile in the app. Notification (including email notifications) are being pushed from the iphone to the watch - once you'll set that part up.

Hi. To change the background (the watch face), you'll have to get to the FitCloudPro app -> device -> watchface Here are all downloadable watch faces. If you'd like to do your own watch face (using the photo from your phone), in the app (device -> watchface -> you have two orange tabs at the top of the screen). The one on the left |my watchface" is the one where you can foind a slot for a customised watchface. Pick any photo as a background, then press "set as a watch face" and all done. hi. Obviously, it depend on your visual preference (i prefer round watches, so my choice would be LW11). However, I personally wouldn't buy a blue one this time, rather black because it looks good with leather strap.. - On the hardware side I think these two are very similar in terms of build and internal architecture (chipset, sensors, memory, etc). - However, the LW31 seems to have a bit brighter and better screen than LW11 and slightly nicer layout of the icons, widgets, etc. - The LW11 been released in 2020, the LW31 in 2021 so its bit newer. So the main question would be rather aesthetic matter - round or rectangle suit you best?

hi. it doesnt store photos - it only triggers the phone's camera shutter via bluetooth (effectively, the phone stores the photos). Its a very simple smartwatch, and to be honest I would rather go for something more recent with amoled display

Hi. The watch has got its own sensors onboard, it will count the steps even if it’s disconnected from your phone. It only uses the GPS location from your phone and the weather info.

Hi. To have the GPS tracking enabled during any outdoor activities, you’ll have to start the exercise tracking from the app level. In this case the GPS will be recorded, and the app will trigger all the other health features in the watch.

This is actually the downside of all the watches without built-in GPS. It should track the estimated distance while running and walking - through the step count. Obviously biking is different, it has to pull the distance data from the phone’s GPS, if it makes sense.

hi. the time will set up automatically, once you will connect it with your phone. To connect and pair with the phonem just follow simple steps: 1. make sure you got the bluetooth turned on (in your phone), however do NOT connect the watch from bluetooth setup screen. 2. download the FitCloudPro app, open it and go to device tab (middle bottom), tap it - find your LW11 on the list and select it 3. confirm all the pairing and notification requests on your phone. All done. Let me know if any struggle, I'll help.

Hi. Don't worry, the time will set up automatically, once you'll pair the watch with your phone. Lets set it up this the fastest possible way: - in your phone go to settings -> bluetooth -> here find your LW11 and click 'forget the network' - or "forget the device". - you may reset your watch: go to settings and find "factory reset" or "reset" and confirm it. - do not turn off the bluetooth in your phone. Open the app, go to device -> click on "add device" - the LW11 should pop in on the list. - click on it, confirm all the pairing requests, allow notifications, basically confirm all that pops in. This should do the job. But let me know if you'd struggle, I went through the exactly the same issues with my first smartwatches, shortly before I started reviewing them. Hope it helps, thanks, Adam

Hi. I’m afraid you cannot download any apps, as this is just a simple device with closed architecture. Best to look into any WearOS watches, these are fully customisable with the apps and stuff (E.g ticwatch, fossil, etc).

Technically- yes, you can. However, the initial setup of the watch has to be done with the phone (or a tablet), and you’ll have to set up the personal profile and the time. Once it’s done, the watch can be disconnected from the phone. Using the watch disconnected from the phone extend the battery life to around a month between the charging. I’m using mine without the phone most of the time; it just shows me time, daily steps, heart rate, sports goals - but it obviously can’t show notifications from the phone while it’s disconnected. Hope it helps.

Hi. In the app -> device -> push notifications - please make sure you got all the categories you need turned on. There should be the category at the bottom of that list called “others”, if it’s there - turn this one on. I apologise I can’t physically check this out for you right now, as I haven’t got the LW11 at the moment, (got only LW31 and this is how it should be done in this device). Anyway, hope it helps. Hi. Never had any dropped connection issues with LW11 or any other watches I ever tested, The average Bluetooth range is usually around 8-10 meters. If you're within that range, you should be fine with any smartwatch.

Hi. Te BP is one of the widgets in the watch menu, right under ‘sleep tracking’. Just swipe to it and tap it. BP measurements are “on demand” so you’ll have to trigger it manually. Hope it helps

hello. I'm sorry to hear that you got issues with the lw11. If i understand, the screen doesn't show anything? - If the screen is not displaying anything, it is possible that the LCD panel or the digitizer is damaged. The LCD panel is the part of the screen that displays the image, and the digitizer is the part of the screen that registers touch input. If either of these components is damaged, the screen will not display anything. The best you can do in this situtation, would be contacting the Agptek customer service in the first place. One of the solutions would be taking it to the watch repair shop, they may be able to diagnose the problem and repair the watch for you. I'm sorry i couldn't help much here.. Adam

If you got the watch for over a year, then there would be no warranty on it anymore, I'm afraid.. However, I can send a new LW11 to you as I got a spare unused one. Hi. You can download some watch faces via the companion app, there’s a selection of around 30 faces. If that’s not enough, you may try the app called “watchmaker”, but it’s paid and I haven’t had a chance to try it yet.

Hi. Did you try to press and hold the side button (5-10 seconds)? It should power it off. Then try to turn it on again, if this wouldn’t help, I would suggest to contact Agptek Customer service www.agptek.com/supports/

hi. strange, did you check the phone's settings in notifications - if the phone allows for pushing txt message notifications? The watch is designed to display everything which being pushed from the phone via BT - imo the issue would be in the phone's settings. Pls let me know

Hi. No it doesn’t have calendar. But then, if you got calendar events set up in your phone, theoretically these calendar notifications should be pushed to the watch - and you should receive notifications on the watch’s display.

Hi. Unfortunately the LW11 hasn’t got an “always-on” screen, it only lit up when you lift the wrist. Btw. I’m currently testing Amazfit gtr2e, it has a superb amoled screen, which is actually “always-on”. It is more expensive (round £100), but certainly worth the price.

very unlikely. at the time i made this vid, the watch+strap were brand new. btw. the silicone strap can only get damaged when overstretched, get in contact with some sharp object or with chemicals..

Hi. I have tested many watches over the last year, a few times I had similar issues with various watches. Very first thing worth checking, even if it sounds daft- the ppg sensors may get some dust or dirt, which may affect the readings. Please check out this briefly, wipe them sensors off if necessary. If still no success, it may have be an electronic issue. In this case I would go for full watch reset (you’ll probably have to remove the watch from the app “remove device/unpair device”, then do the full factory reset from watch menu). Once done, set it up as new watch. In most cases, it worked for me. However, please let me know if these worked out for you. I’m thinking about doing the “troubleshooting” video, as many people having sort of issues with their smartwatches, which can be easily sorted out. Looking forward to hear from you. Adam

Hi. I would suggest, to set the connection & app again (uninstall the app) - turn off the bluetooth, then turn it back on, find the lw11 connection on the bluetooth list and click 'forget network'. Then install the companion app again, add LW11, confirm bluetooth pairing request, confirm all the requests from the app (permission to work in the background, etc). Then again, set up all the notifications on and try again. I had similar issues with other watches, not particularly with LW11, but setting it up from the beginning helps mnost of the time. Let me know how did it go. Adam

Si aún no funciona, entonces sugeriría un restablecimiento completo de fábrica del reloj, y en su teléfono -> configuración -> bluetooth, elimine el reloj de la lista tocando "olvidar la red". Luego puedes configurar el reloj desde el principio: 1. asegúrese de que el bluetooth esté activado en su teléfono 2. no lo conecte aquí, en su lugar, abra la aplicación y toque el dispositivo -> agregar dispositivo 3. Una vez conectado, confirme todas las solicitudes que aparecen en su teléfono (solicitudes de emparejamiento y solicitud de notificación). Esto debería funcionar como un encanto.

Hi. Technically, you don’t have to scan the qr code, just look up the FitCloudPro app in Apple store / Google play. Once the app is installed, just make sure you got the Bluetooth turned on in your phone - open the app, add the device (LW11) and confirm all the pairing requests/allow notifications requests. You may be ask to set up your profile in the app too. Hope it helps.
