Am told i have a kidney problem in 2022 my breathing is short fatigue too much weight i took medicine for two months i do exercises but nothing change everyday i gain weight i changed my diet but no any change

Dr. omuntu asobola okujja for medical check up ne musanga yenna nga mulamu. Ne muleka nagenda nga you have not charged him any fee? Kuba ne amalwaliro makozi ga sente. Ogenda okulaba mbu naye twalayo buno obukerenda. Ogenda okulaba nga pain killers naye nga bill nene. Waliyo ekigambo " infection" buli dwaliro mwe libbira sente. Infection tezlina manya?

You're rightt, he hasn't exhausted the nephrotoxicity of NSAIDs & some antibiotics eg Gentamicin and ciprofloxacin. However, ESKD (ESKF) end stage renal failure is a multifactorial disease.
