Lucy, I'm so thankful for your channel. It feels like I have a personal trainer at home now ;) I have had 5 kids in 8 years and now is the time to get back in shape and loose a couple of kilograms. You are really helping me with that. I love your honesty and being real to us. You really are a good motivator. I wish you could see me sometimes doing the workouts with my 5 little ones crawling over me, trying to do the same as me. Arms and legs are bumping and we have so much fun. I really want to teach them about living a healthy lifestyle. So again: a BIG thank you from the Netherlands!!!!

You really are making a change for girls and women everywhere -improving health, fitness and confidence! And it's so nice to be in an environment where women are empowering one another, which seems rare these days!
