I personally can't thank you enough for getting me started and for keeping me going on my journey to take control of the shape I'm in. Spine injury and surgery turned me into a fat little pudding, afraid to go back to the pain id been in. I can't do floor work without feline interference. One wants to join in & the fattest just leans on my head and licks my hair. Upright w/o like this keeps them out of the way.
