I am such a fan for the last 4 years. Lucy is the only one pushing me to stick to the plan and training. Really, really appreciate her and her work. I would love if she makes NEW long videos. She has these 30 and 40 minutes videos but they are let say the old. If we can get some new 45 even one hour videos because we all love training with her will be amazing. Have a perfect day and life.

Low impact exercising is very much my thing and I really like this slightly longer workout. It got me lightly sweating and I felt good afterwards. I've already added it to my Low Impact playlist. I hope you do more of these longer sessions x

OMG, I came online to START working out …..again! …and this came up first and it was PERFECT to slowly get back into the groove. Got my body in motion and I’m motivated to do again, cause it was easy yet effective and by the end of the week I bet I’ll be in full swing of a good routine again.. Thanks Lucy. This is my second day of the weight loss workouts that I started last week. Today will be my 10th day of the 14 day challenge, also my 5th day on the 5 min abs and thighs wkt and the 4th day of the 7 min tone your arms workout from that first week. Every third day, I have been doing the 9 min full body sculpt, too. I am trying very hard to keep it going and focused. Thank you. And I rather listen to your encouraging words most of the time than have music, but I do that too ;)
