That map at the start - is the London TV region really that big, as far south as Crawley?

The Thames/LWT region was larger then. Bluebell Hill (covering the Medway towns) was reallocated to TVS in 1982. As for Crawley, the Reigate relay receivable in the town, has always formed part of the London TV region.
