I think I rarely seen this dessert in Bangkok. Where could I find this? In Indonesia (and maybe in Malaysia as well), it's called "cendol". But serve with different style. Usually serve with ice, palm sugar syrup and coconut milk in a glass called "es cendol".

You can use red lime stone paste about 3-4 tbsp for 1500 ml. of water to make lime water. You can see red lime stone paste in asia supermarket.

Happy Taste plz reply... you said 3-4 tablespoon Lime stone with 1500 ml water. Do you mean TEASPOON because tablespoon seems like a lot. I just want to make sure I buy enough before I try your recipe. The limestone jar is small. THANK YOU! Will wait for your reply. So excited 😊

Hi, Bo Thao That's correct. it's tablespoon because it's use for pieces of lod chong stay firm and interesting texture you can soak lime stone paste with water for more one night and use only upper clear water. I'm so glad you made it. Your feedback is always welcome. When you made it keep stirring until gets shiny green color more about 30 mins. I know it's very tired.cheer you up!!!🥰🥰
