We use chicken drmsticks and the sauce is a combination of different dried chilies, peanuts, almonds, dark chocolate and spices. It's deliciuos and it looks exactly the same as this chicken curry.

In India it is a must(traditional) that you mix your curry or gravy with the rice and eat. It makes the rice very flavorful. And also, licking your fingers clean of the rice is okay because it means you're enjoying the food.
