Don’t you just hate it when people come in right before you close, and you already cleaned up and restocked everything? It happens a lot at a buffet I work at, where people come in last minute, and bro, sometimes, I swear, the minute we get everything finished, a customer will walk in, and ask for a take out box, causing us to have to reopen everything, and wait for the customer, meaning we can’t go home early, and if they pay cash, we have to RECOUNT the drawer.
