As a Ceritified MLD by Vodder institute I completely disagree. Giasha releases FASCIA not lymph vessels. Lymphatic must be a very light and SLOW movement. The blood flow is from Fascia release not Lymphatic. So much crap on internet.

So you completely deny that Gua Sha stimulates lymphatic drainage and flow? Because I would completely disagree. Slow and controlled Gua Sha massage in the right direction will activate the superficial flow of lymph as well as circulation, which in tandem activates the lymph. All massage and movement in the right areas and directions will stimulate lymph. Stop discouraging people from dedicating time to self care. So much hate on the internet. 😉

Who can afford the care they need For drainage? So I have no choice but to stay with these videos. The right side of My face is full of fluid, it's larger the left side, It tingles with fluid. I have to trust these videos, for some type of relief.
