I would love to see you directly compare all bikes lap times head to head. All free setups from Splash, get the best lap you can within 10-20 laps, and see how the bikes stack up.

After NA quali on the KTM I jumped on the beta and went a full second faster in 5 laps lol, but it felt horrible

that quad you kept casing is actually really easy with my yz450 setup. The problem is that im mid at the game and can't get a good enough take off. I always end up getting kicked sideways and crashing

For IRL purposes (and I guess in game values) Beta is really prideful on rideability and comfort. It comes before basically anything else and it shows. I ride a Beta 200 Race Edition and it is hands down the most comfortable bike I've ever owned or ridden (I've been riding for 23 years now). They really focus on the bikes being easy to ride. As far as the supercross/motocross teams I think they aren't as good because Beta is a very small company compared to other manufacturers. I've heard people call it a 'boutique' brand of bikes. If you get the chance to ride one give it a shot, you'll fall in love with it. Guaranteed.

Motoengineer did a video on the 450, basically said no one needs a 450, but anyone can jump on this bike and enjoy it, my 350 is perfect, high end and low end and drags me anywhere

@@BetaRacer24 if i was going to get a 4 stroke it would probably be a 350 xcf. they seem like the perfect 4 stroke. however, im a slut for a 2 stroke. the beta 450 seems to be super vet friendly. aka slow for a 450 but smooth.

@ i went beta 350 as i raced my crf250f trail bike. I wanted little hp and torque. Beta makes 35-38hp and 22ft lbs of torque

@@BetaRacer24 yeah it seems like their 4 strokes specifically are down on power compared to everyone else’s. I’d assume it’s all in the name of rideability and reliability. I was worried when I got my 200 that I’d regret not getting a 300 but it’s like a tractor. That thing pulls HARD to be so small

Love the beta for mx, I’m just trash at sx so it doesn’t matter what bike I use, I managed to get it feeling a bit better in the erode by increasing the rebound and low speed compression

I do lap times back to back and think the beta is slow until i try to keep up with my ghost on any other 450 and i feel like i have to ride the crap outta it to even keep up

I can do the 1st to ariel tracks and all DDC tracks with my current 450 setup. I ride the beta only, I finished 2nd against pro guys in ranked DDC, found a whoops blitzer in. But I can absolutely not hit a single rhythm on ARL A2

Do you think shortening the rear and maybe less stiff set up compared to the Ktm would help? Ive seen most set ups people bring out the rear as long as it’ll go, I’m just curious if it would help the bike feel less of a boat. I will say the new oem’s have definitely made me wanna learn a lot more about tuning

Rod length on the Beta is really short compared to the KTM, could shortening up the KTMs make its power delivery similar to Beta? Beta has this very torquey feeling low end, makes me wonder if we can bring that feeling to other bikes with some tuning

This bike is confusing on how to set up. I have a go to set up for supercross, but the beta is hard to set up for whoops. I find myself going slow through whoops so the backend doesn't swap. It's frustrating and I feel like the beta 450 is like the tm 250. It's sneaky fast because the power is lower in the band.
