I love you so funny girl. I just made this but with 1/2 sour cream & 1/2 mayo & I added black beans to mine. It’s better than I expected. I never used Cilantro before & it’s strong to me so I picked a bunch out. It does feel healthy if not for the mayo & fritos!! LOL 😊

The condition of that can 😂 I could see this being good _without_ the mayo. Maybe some sour cream/greek yogurt.... It's feeling like frito pie aka walking tacos. Edit: those fritos would get soggy SO fast.... Maybe mix everything else, scoop out your serving into a bowl and add fresh chips to it as you go? Man, pondering all this is making me crave frito pie straight out of the mini snack bag 😂
