Wow this was so deep and intimate. I really appreciate you sharing that it really opened my eyes to how I’ve been feeling recently. Just realizing that I’m treating myself so bad and feeling so guilty about it. But I can change that and I have to forgive myself and just love me through it. Thank you for sharing Lynette

I love watching women around my age do things I’ve always wanted to do. I recently moved to NYC from LA and it’s been the biggest shift and change in my 20’s. It has challenged me to be more disciplined and listen to my intuition more. This is only the beginning for me because I will be a nomad out of the country as well! Keep going sis :) thank you for sharing your journey.

its so dope watching you do all this stuff, i been self employed with my own bizz for nearly a decade and spent tons of time around the world... i feel you on after travelling around a lot doing cool shi you do want to settle down for 1 month+ to get into routines of gym health unpack not move around so much... i just been in thailand, bali this year and now in mexico for 6 months, hitting gym, eating clean, sea swims, meditating, stretching, out in the sun, not rushing anything, going at my own pace, understanding life is literally just to exist and make the most of what makes you happy, skins glowing, minds positive, i could go on but it really makes me happy seeing others doing it... the world is so beautiful and you can meet so many great people travelling/living abroad as a lot of the time they are in the same boat as you wanting to venture out of the normal and experience LIFE. EARTH. These are times you will never regret! Take care of yourself

I've been having the same realisations about choices, and what you can do for yourself. It's so easy to get caught up in life and the outside world, that we forgot that all the power we have is inside us. I'm now starting to live to serve myself mentally and physically, rather than giving into short term habits and enjoyment. I'm thinking more long term now, and I'm looking to get more long term, meaningful experiences and feelings out of life. I totally get what you mean when you look back at yourself before, and just feel sad that you didn't give yourself the care and respect you need. Now I've started doing this, and i've been on my spiritual path for a while now, I could never go back. Thank you for sharing your light ♥️🌟 Take care of yourselves everybody

You're looking back on all those times you drained yourself/didn't treat yourself gently through the eyes of someone who has learned the lessons already. I believe we have to learn those lessons through experience, so please take it easy on your past self for not knowing the best ways to care for you yet.

Omg Lynette!!! I just came across your content and I feel so grateful ahhh I LOVE this video. Such inspiring habits here, definitely going to start incorporating these into my life :)) So much of what you're sharing here reminds me Superhuman meditations that I started using recently after a friend showed it to me. It's a really cool concept - multi tasking meditations helping you tap in to your ultimate self and manifest your future. Sooo applicable to slowing down and practicing discipline. Can't help but share b/c I feel like you'd love it haha :)) it's been a game changer for me! So excited to explore all of your content x
