It probably goes back to the first thing we see when we’re born isn’t color but movement, and light and shadow. Any sparkle glints in the light and catches our eye as interesting, because we have evolved to find it interesting, for the purposes of survival ...and now entertainment. Just my theory.

I've heard the theory we evolved to like sparkle because when our ancestors saw sunlight reflecting off bodies of water and making the water sparkle, it meant we were going to survive. (Access to clean water was not a given, so that glittering sight meant life, relief, and comforting security.) So, this preference was born from survival, as you mentioned, and now lives on giving us pleasure via decor, fashion and entertainment.

It’s honestly kinda scary how much people ignore slightly smaller but still amazing ASMR artists like this one. Lynn deserves so many more subscribers than she has at the moment, and I really hope people will recognize that she is such a good KZbinr and helps de-stress people and I would consider that as important as any normal job. Ik this sounds like just some other common supporters comment looking for attention, but this channel will honestly be one of my most cherished childhood memories.
