I've seen a few of the Classis Rock Show performances and they have done some amazing covers of Meat Loaf and Status Quo tracks but this is totally unbelievable, This band should be in the Rock N Roll hall of fame.....

I was in a bar in BC back 30 years ago , there was a guy playing this song and the people were taking up collections for this guy to play it over and over,(on his guitar) he played this no less than 10 times. He was real good. Damn I miss that day. I payed over $40.00 in donations. It was worth every dollar.

Saw Lynard Skynard at Knebworth in 1976. The were so good that the audience booed the Rolling Stones when they came on because they started doing a 'Ok, lets just get this over with' performance. The duelling guitars for this song still gives me the shivers. Awesome! Such a loss to the world of music.

We used to finish with this in our band in the mid-to-late 70s. It has the benefit of being not only fabulous to play but you can keep going as long as you wish just jamming at the end. We played Stonehenge one year and this was our finale...kept it going for 40 minutes..best 40 minutes of my life! I just love the age of the audience..60 going on 22. And Lord, these guys are brilliant...

Hard to say what part a this was the most impressive , I believe the bands performance was extremely impressive , but I think it was made even better by the audience participation which spurred the band on to even greater heights .
