Love the rebuilds! Shame the lad went to Napoli! I’m relatively new to the content so just wondered how you do the rebuild? Do you play the games, holiday, instant result etc?

Hi Jacob. So with the rebuilds I do all transfers and training myself along with a GYR tactic to show that off. I then holiday from the 1st game of the season till 1st January (looking for free agents) Then holiday till March 31st (usually youth intake will be available then). Then up till 31st May for the end of the season

I think facilities matter but the HOYD is just as important. Could be a combination of both?

Hey, what are your settings for simulating seasons? Im trying a similar rebuild with Ajax + How do you "lock" players in a position for the season?

Always liked these kinds of rebuilds, though 5 years seems like too little time to let any but the best of the newgens develop. Still, nice one, m8! In regards to switching tactics in the middle of it; do you have a ranking of the tactics you use? Like 'these ones are decent, but these ones are obviously better'? IIRC, there was a video where you pitted them against each other, but do you have a personal list of ones that you feel are clearly better?

I hear what you’re saying but the loss of Viala was too much and I was also a little disappointed at the other players to come through the intakes given our facility levels at Lyon… Tactics wise, I think anything GYR puts out is going to be good but my favourite 3 are: Loki v2, Master of Puppets and Grogu v2

I just lost Beljo to a 10mil buyout clause in my 2nd season in the 1st Bundesliga as I entered the European places due to his goals with Dynamo Dresden and it made me want to drop the save too. That was after 3 negotiations of his contract where the damned agent wouldn't go higher from the start... I just might check out those tactics on a new save since I usually stick to the couple I found that work. You should give Evidence Based Football Manager a watch. He has a youth intake series going atm that should explain how they work a little better. If you're interested, ofc.
