Poor man talks. Even if the world is collapsing people will eat and live their life. They are not spending government money but their hard earned money. Go make your money. This is part of Igbo culture to spray money as support to their friend who spent lots of money for this event but they will have to do the work in picking in from ground while the sprayer have fun spraying. In Jamaica they will puff champagne and other expensive wine and bath you with that as a way of celebrating with you but at the end you have lots of debt to pay. With this money he may cover the cost spent for the event or at least to some extent. So let them do their thing and if you don't like it just move on coz you must not like everything done by others in the world.
