Thanks so much for the video. It's given me some confidence. Even after doing 2 craniosacral therapy courses I was still lacking in confidence. I work as a Remedial Massage Therapist and my problem is I'm an overthinker/too logic minded, expecting outcomes, what to write for my treatment notes, worried about what my clients will think of me if they don't feel results and too use to the "more pressure = more benefit".
