This brought tears to my eyes. Why? Where do I begin..... maybe it’s because the longer I do this art, the more biases I develop. These are just my own jaded opinions and I don’t mean to offend anyone but I have been craving more than what we have done up to this point in paint pouring. Using only primary colors gives you a piece that can be created based on a box of crayons. It’s easy and do not have to worry about color combinations or put much thought and effort into them. The colors in this piece are well thought out, they take time to create, and they compliment each other like old friends.I have no words to describe the movement within this. It too took thought and effort yet there is so much freedom within it. Truly I cannot remember the last time a piece of art or music or a sunset brought such emotion to the surface for me. Selfishly I feel like you created this canvas strictly for me, to sooth my soul. Thank you for “giving” it to me. I know I will come back often to this video when I am in need of reassurance, hope, and comfort. Lastly, I sit with baited breath waiting for your next masterpiece!!!!!

I love your art....I love how you reach to learn more...your quiet passion...your generosity in showing us that art can be so much more then 'dumping paint on a canvas' not to take away anything from the artists who have so generously showed the rest of us how beautifully paint can mix and mingle on a canvas for that too can be so beautiful for those of us who love color. I love MelyD and DwightPours, and Elsye Fournier ...and Ariso Roo...and Waterfall Acrylics and Sara Mack and Abstract N Go, and acrylic pouring with cindy vanderveen....and so many more artists who have given their time and hard work to Fluid Art. I love all the artists and the art they have created on you tube........a huge huge thank you for this particular technique and style Sara.....and a huge thank you for taking the time to show us what can be done beyond the clouds!!!!!! I hesitated to leave a comment as I know you have so many others to reply to....I don't often leave comments knowing that it is a time consuming job to reply to us when really that time could be put to better use 'creating' as you have...and knowing you have children as well to attend to....so please do not feel as if you must reply to me......I would rather you just know that you inspire myself and many others.....that is enough. Keep on keep on keep on....creating and inspiring us. I love your work...your passion, your gentleness....your creativity that inspires us to keep creating and experimenting!!!!!!

Wow this is a very emotional piece!!! We all know how long it takes to choose our colors and mix our paints. Too often many artist then go about painting leaving it mostly to chance and are done in five minutes. Pour it on tilt it around and done. Never knowing what it could really be. But you Sara take your time, as it should be, playing with the paint and canvas. Adding touches of movement here and there. Contemplating always what to do next. Thank you Sara for bringing back real abstract painting. It takes methodical thinking and a good eye for movement, composition and color!!! So did I tell you yet that I love this piece? I really do. Great job!!

It amazes me how your videos always take me on such an emotional journey. Maybe it’s because your paintings seem to exude the classy, understated elegance I’ve always aspired to. Or because, like me, you pay attention and truly care about the details. Or maybe it’s that your soft spoken manner speaks to a depth of life experience and humanity few chose to share with their closest friends, much less thousands of strangers on the internet. More so than any other artist I’ve come across to date, I yearn for insights into the artist as much as scavenging crumbs of painting wisdom I’ll never truly utilise with the same finesse. You are a marvel Ms Taylor and I’m thankful I found you to guide me on my artistic journey.

Truly lovely. I found peace here. I can’t deal with most pours, I don’t understand the need to stretch that paint over the last corner of negative space. You can’t make me watch a tree ring pour. I think this has something to do with always being an artist before finding paint pouring. My Doctor made me change to abstract and I love paint pouring but it has to be your own. You and Dwight have that. I don’t make video’s so I don’t have to share what makes me happy. This does, thank you. ❤️

Sara, It always amazes me how you choose the perfect name for your paintings. Lyric - having the form and musical quality of a song, and especially the character of a songlike outpouring of the poet’s (or artist’s) own thoughts and feelings. We flow with the rhythm and beautiful balance of that outpouring in this video. It has been my absolute pleasure to watch you continually evolve. I’ve told you before that I love your knife work. You have taken that to a whole new level here, losing yourself, I believe, to the sheer joy of it. As if you followed the knife instead of the knife following you. It was very calming, and completely uplifting to watch. I had a smile on my face the entire time! Thank you for caring to mention those artist’s who came before you and inspired your work. You are always so kind. But, your cultivation of that acquired knowledge is yours and yours alone. It is new and it is unique. I am so grateful that you choose to share that knowledge, and considerable talent, with us. Beautifully done! Lorrie

OMG that was so much fun! I could sit and watch you create for hours!! It is so exciting to see what a true artist can do with fluid art. There are a ton of people now playing with the whole paint pouring craze. They’re having fun and that’s great but to see someone like you come along and use a somewhat fad technique and modify it so that it becomes a piece of art that is so far advanced from a simple flip cup that I about came to tears watching this amazing piece being born. Watching you work was almost like watching a ballet which was both calming and enthralling at the same time. Thank you so much for sharing and I’m so happy that I ran across your video. Such beautiful art work! The talent of Sara Taylor is mind boggling. Watching her do the painting "Pend Oreille" a pure work of genius when she made the two canvasses match up. Awesome in that, as well as in the whole. I have been drawing and painting my entire life, and now at 64, devoting most of my time to my love of painting. There is a technique in pour painting that I find at times, and beauty being in the eye of the beholder, a bit bothersome or just to much. Cells. I have to wonder what it would have looked like if those cells on the bottom had not completely over taken the beautiful blue shade that was stretched out so magnificently at the start of the video. Please, do not get me wrong, this is a beautiful and remarkable piece of art, (I don't think Sara Taylor has ever produced anything less) but all those cells..... it almost seems like among artists, that whoever dies with the most cells in their paintings win. For instance, the cell work in "Oasis and Intangible," shows talent and beauty beyond compare. I have always over done a canvas, just couldn't stop, but I still remember an art instructor that told me, "Less is best." I can't say I practiced that well, but I understood. And Sara, I wish I could say I had half the amount of your talent. Watching you stretch a canvas out, I always wonder if others see the wheels turning in your head. I think I understand some of your magic, you can see the result BEFORE IT HAPPENS, before that paint rolls off the side, how you manipulate it to what you want. I watch other artists shedding their excess paint off their canvasses. You are creating, not shedding, there is an invisible paint brush in your hand that no one can see. But lucky for your audience, you can!
