need to ask a question regarding the new 6 series sensors. Is there a way to extend the range. I would like to use this for a large building where ranges for the sensors are longer than 500 ft. Will the RP5800 extend the range of the 6 series sensors?

No, unfortunately, there is no repeater for the SiX Series devices so the maximum range you'd be able to get from the Lyric panel is 300' using those types of sensors. The only 5800 Series work up to 200' and with a 5800RP repeater in between, you could get up to 400' but I don't think any Honeywell wireless would work for you 500' away.

Ok.. So here is another thing I was wondering. Can you use multiple panels to extend the range and then link the panels? I am guessing no. I was wondering is there a wireless system that will cover a large facility? How normally does one secure a large facility?

No, you can't link multiple Lyric systems into one system. You would have to use a wired system if your facility is too big for the SiX Series range or you'd have to just run multiple separate systems to protect the entire facility with wireless Lyric systems.
