Top reaction, as always.! "Mr Benn" was a TV show in the UK from the 60s/70s/80s where he did different jobs in each episode, hence he "Switched suits" 😊. The "HMP" is "His Majesty's Prison"...Bas has done time inside before, including very recently.

You guys are lit 🔥🔥 two things thats hard to catch first listen: The bit with the gin/lime is also instructions for disposing a dead body-boxed in the ground, chop up (soda) lime, pour it in so the body dissolves. It's also the instructions for a gin mixer. The battenburg line is insane as well. It's a cake made by cutting another cake into pieces, and it's also the name for the pattern on UK ambulances. Bas is saying he'll cut you in pieces and put you in an ambulance.

"Chef's hat on when I'm whippin' in the kitchen, then I switch suits like I'm Mister Benn." Mr. Benn was a popular kid's cartoon in the UK. He would leave home every day wearing a black suit and hat and go to a magic costume shop, put on a new set of clothes and walk through a magic door to have an adventure suited to whatever he was wearing. Suit of knight's armor, cowboy costume, circus clown, all sorts of stuff. Really slick allusion to a double-life. Bas follows that up with "10/10 gear I shift up to fifth..." which does extra duty here, bridging "Mr. Benn" with "Ben 10" and "Tin Tin." Tin Tin was another very popular cartoon in the UK that was airing during a lot of the same years as Mr. Benn. It might even be reference to the UK car show Top Gear but I might be reading too deep into that.

Mr Ben is an old kids show in the UK . It would start with shots of a man going into a clothes shop, where he would be transported to a cartoon world that would be defined by whatever outfit he chose to put on that episode. So he changes clothes like Mr Ben, he is probably also implying he steps into a different world each time, and it basically means he is rolling in different circles, probably mean high society but also criminal underworld. Definitely nothing to do with Ben10. It clever because its an age relatedegated bar, if you are under 35 and not from the UK you wont understand it. There will be 18 year old UK kid listening to that bar who has 0 idea what it means

i feel the call as a 'merican to explain "your man got shelled on; big bang theory" - i scrolled a little and didn't see it. "shelled on" and "big bang" certainly relate to unloading bullets, and "Sheldon" is the main character from the popular tv show "The Big Bang Theory" - the "big bang" being a scientific theory that is now being questioned, and where "bang" is used more as sexual innuendo, though i suppose it is all about popping or whatever. don't get me started on "Battenberg".
