i want to appreciate woozi’s lyrical skills here so pls hear me out!! i love how he used rain to metaphor the disbandment of ioi. rain in multimedia arts is used to show a negative emotion like sadness and from there on he was able to make a story out of it. in the lyrics where it says, “when the rain stops, let’s meet again. we will smile again and be together” that’s where the concept of ‘bright after rain’ comes in and i find it really beautiful. as i play this song, i was able to picture everything and it hurts.. woozi is really a genius!! maybe in the world of ioi fans, it’s still raining :((

I just recently found out that woozi wrote this, idk why it took me this long to know who the writer was behind this masterpiece. Truly woozi is such an amazing artist. His lyricism is beyond great, he has the potential to touch the hearts of its listener. Not just through this but a lot of svt songs bring so much emotion. Special mention to Hug and Circles coz I love those. Aside from that, he is so humbleeee, like he deserves all the appreciation and love.
