No it is not saying anything about rape victims or the right of women to chose over their bodies and pragnancies. It is a story about men who have no sense of responsibility, who are selfish and ignorant and want to fuck without condom, yet when in comes to pragnancies they don't have the balls to take resposibility and see themselves as victims, often forcing (the very opposite of female choice) the woman to have an abortion (there are even again and again cases where she doesn't want to and is beaten up by the man, who fears responsibility and costs). This is not a song against abortion in general it is against the lack of responsibility and the misusage of abortions, because abortions were never "legalized" for fucking around without condoms, but to save rape victims from unwanted pregnancies and women who can't deal with motherhood by accident financially, emotionally etc. why then kids would have a miserable live.
