i got these light strip led lights not the exact same in the video and im struggling to get them to work. ive plugged it in and everything but the control wont turn them on

How do I stick them to the wall I’m confused

If I unplug the led from the wall, plug it back in an hour or two later it won't turn back on and will just randomly start working at a random time hours (sometimes days) later. I've always use the remote as the app has never detected anything properly. Any ideas?

I had a similar problem with the wifi dropping out at random times, but for me it always worked with the remote. I actually took mine back to bunnings for a refund and there were very polite.

I just put my lights up, the same one as yours. Not all the colours are working for me. Both the remote or app. It's only the blue, green and white that works. Do you know how I could fix it?

Honestly - this sounds fautly. Mine was working straight out of the box. You might want to consider returning or exchange for another one that works. Good Luck - let me know how you go

@@BeforeYouBuyGuy thanks! I fixed it. Though when I select yellow for example, it'll turn green. But all the colours work anyway as well as the app now so I'm happy

I brought these and am disappointed they don't have the rainbow chase function like the other neon flex lights. It's the only reason I brought them :(

Unfortunately I brought this light and 3 months later the app and remote don’t work and the lights don’t turn on. I have tried multiple things like changing the battery and It just won’t work. 2/10

Ah, I cant remember exactly. Normally you have to turn on and off a few times, I ended up returning this one. I do recall it came with a leaflet about how to reset it

so you cant do wave affecte like thats shit bunnings has shit lights like all lights where ever you buy from are shit like i want a fancy light strip that can do the wave affect and all the over cool ones so i might just go and buy govee if i can from australia
