I hate to tell you but it was a .38 caliber bullet. The .44 caliber myth comes from a note the coroner made on scrap paper based on his guess before he even retrieved the bullets. He also has never had training in ballistics to ID a mangled slug. He testified to this in 1995 and a ballistics expert also testified the slugs, while too mangled to positively ID to Mumias gun, were consistent with the guns rifling, and the ammunition in Faulker was the same type missing from the shells in Mumias.

Here is what I'd like to know if it's so cut and dry to you. Exactly how does one fire a 44calibur slug out of a 38clbr gun? I know what soldat means, at least in German, so you should know the answer to that. Because to beleive he did it, as was laid out in court you'd have to believe Mumia did that. His brother never spoke against him, he's lived most of his life in terror. Almost every witness has tried to re cant, stating they were also afraid of the police at the time, And for good reason.

Not hate for truth, Mumia is one of the most clearly guilty people on the planet. You have to close your eyes to all evidence and logic in order to delude yourself that Mumia is innocent. Not even his brother was willing to testify he was innocent, he confessed the murder in the hospital, he was caught on scene with the murder weapon. Mumia is guilty, he went to court and truth won. He went to jail

Oh really, a police officer is shot and killed and they didn't even bother to a get a coroner with some experience in ballistics. You seem quite smart, even though we vehemently disagree on the issue. Still doesn't it seem a bit odd they would not get a properly trained coronor, if it wasnt a frame up? Does this not sound even a tad fishy to you? Beleive me, if I beleived that his original trial wasn't a railroaded sham, & I beleived him guilty, I wouldn't defend him.

If you are so keen of the idea of bleeding to death on pavement there Soldat, guess what there is still pavement here in 2012, feel free to make avail of it. I do not hate you, but you do fail to make any case whatsoever for your case, Why should he have been left him there back in 1981? So that the truth could have just died with him? You do realize that truth is on Mumia's side, do you not? Why the hate for truth Soldat?
