I have Larodar's scythe, from heroic, it dropped for me, it's doing good, so i figured i should go with it. If i get rise will replace.

Is DCR worth losing over 1min CD convoke ?

That's not the case. I sacrifice DCR for Rampant Ferocity, to get more dmg out of bite in aoe scenarios - and that is up for discussion. However there is a question: Does sacrificing Carnivorous Instinct for one minute Convoke yield more dps? - I don't know. I plan on testing other builds too, to be sure what is the most optimal route in slightly higher m+

Yeah, especially AD, it's the best dungeon in current rotation, timing-wise.
