আজকের Vlogটা বেশ সুন্দর হয়েছে, আপনাদের কেনাকাটা রান্নাবান্না খাওয়াদাওয়া সব মিলিয়ে একটা অসাধারণ Video হয়েছে। চিতল মাছটা মাছ বিক্রেতা অপরিষ্কার হাতে এবং অপরিষ্কার জায়গায় চেঁচে চেঁচে মাসটা যখন চামড়া থেকে ছাড়িয়ে এনেছিল তখন আমার খুবই খারাপ লেগেছিল। এরপর থেকে পরিষ্কার পরিচ্ছন্নতার প্রতি খেয়াল রাখবেন। সবাই ভাল থাকবেন শুভ দুপুর।

আমাদের বাড়িতে একটু অন্যভাবে করা হয়। মাছের পিস সেদ্ধ করে চামড়া আর কাঁটা ছাড়িয়ে মাংসটা নেওয়া হয়, তার সাথে আলুসেদ্ধ মিশিয়ে আর বাকী মশলাগুলো মিশিয়ে মুঠিয়া করা হয়। তারপর ভেজে নিয়ে এইরকম ভাবে করা হয়।
