If the hair is completely damaged or straightened you gotta let it grow and cut the damage. Otherwise I suggest deep conditioning using masks or oils, avoid using heat and straightening you hair, try protein treatments like aphogee.

انا عالجت هاد المشكل بالمكملات دياول الشعر دابا ما بقاش كيطيح ليا و درت تحاليل الحديد واخا الحديد العادي طلع عندي نورمال و لكن ماشي بالنسبة الكافية لصحة الشعر . خاصكي ديري تحليل الحديد و تشوفي واش taux de la ferritine عندك شحال و الا كان قبل من 50 راه خاصك حديد اكثر داكشي علاش كيطيح ليك الشعر قولي للطبيب يوصف ليك الحديد و الزنك . و الا بغيتي يطوال و يخلف خاصكي توصلي لا فيريتين لاكثر من 70
