Making modaks is a delightful process! Here's a step-by-step guide to making traditional Milk modaks:
Ingredients:
- 1 Lt full fat Milk
- 100g or 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1/2 sp Cardmon powder
-pinch of Saffron or yellow food colour
-badam nuts cut the pieces -3 TSP
Instructions:-
1.Take a pan add milk boil and take a bowl and 3TSP of milk keep a Side and pinch of yellow food colour Mix it well keep a Side
2. Boil milk until half of the milk .
3. After add sugar melts until mix well.
4.add food colour Milk add Mix well like thick consistency.
5. Check it once consistency after that turn off the flame.
6. Mix well until let it cool completely Thick Consistency.
7.Take lemon size balls Shape Modak Tooth pic with line shapes.All Modaks like this.
8. Transfer into the plate all Modaks.
9. Ready to Serve Vinayaka Chavithi special Pradsadam Modaks.
