Everyone takes supplements especially as actors I know how much physical & emotional work is involved as acting consumes a lot of energy Hence we are required to be high on energy,active & have a sharp mind always! It’s possible only with limited work hours If they party they take the next 2 days easy and catch up on sleep Vitamins esp vitamin D deficiency can lead to dullness and lethargy- they take pills or injections Rest of the vitamins can be supplemented Omega 3 again very important for joint health and great skin and hair Protein for a lean muscular look So if you want to know what exactly you lack or which area you need help with a scientific approach would be to get a complete blood pic If not multi vitamins are always a great idea, India is a hub of pharma industries and there are many nutraceutical & pharmaceutical company owned brands easily available on Amazon so you really don’t need anything crazy expensive I’m right now using multi vitamins & omega 3 That’s about it 😊
