Summary:
Failure to account for time dilation has lead to a near fatal error in ETA for those wanting to escape. While time to collision was still 6 months from recording in Level 11, time dilation turned 6 months into 2 hours for those inside of Level 78. This message was more urgent than the previous, as the time to evacuate had been shorthanded and time was running out. The final update to this series was recorded on January 27, 2022 at 3:45pm, 1 hour and 15 minutes after this broadcast, and approximately 15 minutes before the destruction of Level 78.
