@@stoneforest7897 Understand, I traveled to Huston in the summer couple of years ago. The heat and humility there was unbearable, despite the fact that I was originally from Shanghai and at one point was even missing such heat and humility back in Shanghai. I am now living in rural area of Pennsylvania and love it.
I agree that Virginia is a good and economic state to live for people working in DC. I hate living in Maryland. After graduating from Johns Hopkins, I moved to Montgomery county and lived there for one year. It is such a dump (I lived in silver spring) and it is even more dangerous than certain areas in Baltimore (near Hopkins Homewood campus). This is based on crime statistics and auto insurance rate. Then, I moved to North Virginia and I love living there.

謝謝 Derek 整理的資料和介紹❗👍👏🙏🙏 🔸For sharing: 🔸Arkansas 州名的發音是 ˈɑːrkənsɔː (AR-kən-saw[c]),「重音」在第一音節,第一個 a 發短音,第二個 a 發長音,最後的 s 不發音;🔸Illinois (ˌɪlɪˈnɔɪ) 州名最後的 s 也不發音;敬請複查。

On August 17, 2023, District Court Judge Allen Winsor (the “Court”) denied a request for a preliminary injunction enjoining the implementation and enforcement of SB 264-a recently enacted Florida law that restricts the ability of a wide range of governmental bodies, persons or entities referred to as “foreign principals” from or domiciled in any “foreign country of concern” to directly or indirectly own, have a controlling interest in, or acquire any interest in real property in the State of Florida, subject to certain limited exceptions (“SB 264”) (see our prior alert for additional information regarding SB 264). On August 21, 2023, the Plaintiffs (as defined below) filed a notice of appeal with respect to such denial.
