So... if sex is an identity issue rather than a biological issue, can me, an Asian by birth , now wish to be identified as a Caucasian ? I want everyone from this point on to only refer to me as "that Whiteboy" or even "Honky" when they see me from this point on. And to make sure that I can now fully exercise my right of racial identity, I now demand the definition of "Caucasian " to be changed to also include people of yellow skin, black hair and eyes, and slanted features. Makes perfect sense yeah ?

I alway feel I am the king of England, does not mean I can stay in Buckingham Palace.

Changing your racial identity doesn't give or strip away any rights as a trans does though. Some people just wish things would get easier for them, not knowing the consequences haha

I now identify as six feet tall but can't change the fact I still can't reach the top of the shelf

I would prefer to separate "sex" and "gender", while sex is a biological fact, gender is a socialized sense of identity. In your analogy, I would say it also marks the difference between "race" and "nationality"

In each social issue, we need to consider and pick one among two (or a mixture of both) to be our benchmark for determining rights / treatments.
我支持變性,但在賽博龐克之前,我不會心甘情願把變性人認定為她,因為就是變的程度不到,甚至如果沒做手術我更不能接受,I mean I can accept your "mental gender", but"biological gender"it's another thing, ppl can't swing their hands thinking they are a bird and suddenly can fly.
