MOST EXPERTS ARE STUPID BS LIARS and they DON'T HAVE $BILLIONS while the real GENIUS/EXPERTS LIKE WARREN BUFFETT WOULD NEVER TEACH U HOW TO AND WHICH STOCKS/COMPANY TO BUY AND WHY HE HATES INVEST IN REAL ESTATE (R.E.)/housing mkt with all laws are written against LL!

ESPECIALLY WITH STUPID RENT CONTROL, EVICTION CONTROL LAWS to always ATTACK REAL ESTATE INVESTORS/HOMEOWNERS and even RENT MORATORIUM LAW ALSO ALWAYS HELP TENANTS TO ATTACK LL (LANDLORDS) so Oakland/SF/CA/OREGON/NY many states' TENANTS DO NOT HAVE TO PAY RENT UP TO 3 yrs, but there are no laws to help LL (RE investors) don't have to pay mortgage or property tax up to 3 yrs, now u know why THE WORLD SMARTEST BILLIONAIRE MR. WARREN BUFFETT HATES INVEST IN R.E. b/c he knows what I edu u (you did not pay me tuition to learn yet lol so it's wonderful to be a 18-25 y/o young pretty clean purity gal so he can marry the world smartest rich ELITE family and the elite class ONLY TEACH THEIR OWN FAMILY/KIDS how to manage or build wealth/life REAL MENTOR that schools DON'T TEACH) that all laws are written against LL/RE like even IRS laws are written to punish R.E investors that RE takes 27.5 - 39 yrs TOO SLOW TO DEPRECIATE that means you cannot OFFSET OTHER INCOME THUS U HAVE TO PAY MORE TAX - punish u invest in RE, where all other business takes about 5 yrs or 1 yrs with 100% write off (and RE cannot write off 100%, the land value part cannot write off, only the STRUCTURE IMPROVEMENT PART OF R.E VALUE CAN WRITE OFF BUT IT TAKES 27.5-39YRS too slow=offset too little = it means IRS TAX LAW PUNISHES U INVEST IN R.E. TO FORCE U PAY MORE TAX [unable to offset more income means u report more income thus pay more tax]!
